Essentially everything you need from us when you travel. This will be dispatched when your driver is assigned to your journey.

How do I find my driver from an airport, port or station?
The pick up instructions will be contained in the "Journey Details" email.
 
What is the 'Meet and Greet' service?
The "Meet & Greet" service is where the driver parks his car and enters the airport terminal holding a sign with your name on it.

Our cancellation charges are as follows:
If you cancel within 24 hours of the date of your booking confirmation , we will charge you 0% of the cost of booking  cancellation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
 
  • All bookings cancellations must be acknowledged by Royal Chauffeur Oxford 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time otherwise Royal Chauffeur Oxford reserves the right to charge in full.
  • If cancellation or amendment is acknowledged by Royal Chauffeur Oxford 12 hours before then Royal Chauffeur Oxford will refund the full amount except the non-refundable credit card surcharge of 2%.
  • If a customer fails to show at a pickup location,After the All journeys from the airport include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the plane lands. All other journeys include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. all Amounts paid will be non-refundable

To cancel a booking you must email us or call +44 1865 36 64 26. We will confirm your cancellation once received and credit you with any refund in accordance with our policy below:

  • Any job cancelled within 12 hours of the time of hire will forfeit 100% of the cost.
  • There will be no charge for cancellations over 12 hours prior to the time of hire.
